Nothing matches. Try "voice", "bigger", or "teacher".
What can say, and where it lives.
The people calls for and the places Pip should suggest.
One order, the same on the board, here and in the editor. Drag the grip to move a group; a hidden group keeps its words and its place. To add or rename groups, edit them on the board.
Light up the words you're teaching. Everything else dims, but still speaks.
Nothing is glowing.
Tap words on the board, or inside a group. ✨ and ❓ can be picked too. Then Start now, or Save the list for next time.
Silent is usually best: your voice does the teaching.
Turn on Track progress for a list. Progress then shows each of its words: said on their own, and said with the glow. It also counts ✨ and ❓ presses, the same way.
How the board is laid out. These are usually set once.
Fewer, bigger buttons are easier to hit. More buttons reach a word in fewer taps. Pip shows what moves before anything changes.
Words only removes every picture. Each button keeps its place and its color; the word gets bigger.
The same words stay in the same place when opens a group.
Pip's keyboard keeps every letter in one place.
Pick once. Switching moves every letter, and has to relearn them.
How sentences sound and behave.
Pip's voice
Girl, boy, teen and adult voices are coming. Every word and sentence speaks in the one voice you choose.
Every word and sentence plays at this speed. The voice keeps its pitch.
Tap a face to hear it. In the Smart bar, faces let say a sentence happy, sad, or angry.
After "I want juice" is played, tapping "more" either adds on or starts a fresh sentence.
How much Pip helps while builds a sentence.
hewant → hewants
Words take the form the sentence needs: after "he", the board reads wants, has, him.
want go juice
Up to three buttons get a thick outline in their own color. Nothing moves.
These open in the Smart bar when their button is tapped, always in the same order. Tap one to change the order.

Everyone who helps , and every device the board is on.
Each person keeps their own words, groups, and sync. Switching opens that person; the others keep everything they had.
A child's own device opens straight to their board. On a shared or therapy device, "Show the list" asks who's talking each time Pip starts.
You can edit everything on 's board. An owner invites and removes people, adds devices, manages the license, and can delete the board.
No one else yet.
People you invite join the team: they edit everything, on their own phone or laptop. Make owner lets them manage people and devices too. Remove locks them out.
Only on this device so far.
A linked device sees and edits everything for this person. Removing one locks it out.
Keep 's words safe, and choose what leaves this device.
If this device is lost or reset, the card brings everything back. Print it and keep it somewhere safe. Without the card, a linked device, or a device backup, their words are gone for good.
No PIN yet: Settings opens with one tap.
One PIN for everyone on this device. Pip never shows it, so a child watching can't learn it. Forgot it? Tap “Forgot the PIN?” and type “new pin”.
Daily totals only: word counts, sentence lengths, speed. Never names, 's own words, sentences, or tap times.
Word labels you type or add are sent to a voice provider (ElevenLabs) to speak them in the board's voice — including names like 's. Only the word text is sent: never an account, email, photo, or recording.
Removed from sync after 30 days. Undo any time before then. This device keeps its copy.
